Grand Parade Investments Limited was formed in 1997 to conduct business as an investment holding company with interests in the leisure, hotel and gaming sectors.

The company is a Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment enterprise with a substantial shareholder base comprising a broad spectrum of the population of the Western Cape.

One of GPI’s primary objectives was to provide a vehicle whereby Historically Disadvantaged Persons were able to participate in the country’s lucrative gaming industry.

GPI has been trading effectively since 2000 and has consistently grown its portfolio to the benefit of its shareholders year on year.
