GPI owns an effective 50% economic interest in Akhona GPI, which owns a 20% stake in Thuo KZN and until recently a 6% stake in Dolcoast. This has subsequently changed resulting in an increase in GPI’s effective stake in Sibaya Casino, the impact of which is detailed in the Sibaya Casino section.
