Stakeholder relations
The board strives to provide its shareholders, employees, government, regulatory bodies, industry analysts, prospective investors and the media with relevant and accurate information, promptly and transparently.
In this respect, the regulatory requirements regarding the dissemination of information are strictly observed.
Shareholders are encouraged to attend the general meetings, and full explanation of the effects of resolutions to be proposed is given. The results of all decisions taken at shareholders’ meetings are disseminated by way of written minutes to ensure that all shareholders are timeously informed.
